Bajaj Pulsar F250: Price, Top Speed, Mileage, Specs & Reviews

The new Bajaj Pulsar F250 is an evolution of the Pulsar 220F; the bike, though it has similarities in terms of looks and design, the new one is much better in performance than its predecessor and is more aggressive and sport than 220F.

The Bajaj Pulsar F250 was launched along with its twin sibling, N250, and both the bikes have a very minute difference in design.

The Pulsar F250 has a semi-faring design with a good windscreen in front. On the head, an infinite screen analogue-digital console distinguishes the bike from others. The tail panel of the bike also appears sharper than 220F.

The console gives the reading of speed and displays the reading of gear position, fuel level, tachometer, clock, and trip metre. Though it misses the turn indicator display and a Bluetooth connectivity option but has a USB charging slot, the metre screen gives a classy look to the bike.

The new Pulsar F250 have a good wide seat with a step-up seat; the headlight is LED projector lights complimented by the new design of split-style taillights. The projector headlights are brighter and less likely to blind the other drivers.

The bike comprises a 14-litre fuel tank with a mileage of about 37-39 kmpl, weighing around 164 kg. Overall, the bike is fairly good and looks sporty on the streets.

Bajaj Pulsar F250 comes in two variants:

• Bajaj Pulsar F250 Standard 249cc
• Bajaj Pulsar F250 All black.

Both the bikes are available in 4 colouring options:

• Techno Grey,
• Racing Red,
• Blue
• Brooklyn Black.

Talking about the features of the Pulsar F250, it is loaded with quite enhancing features. Though a few missing features, such as a GPS navigation system or Bluetooth connectivity, could have been added, the bike still offers enough to attract any rider.

On the front, the Bajaj has used the LED projector headlight that gives bright light at a fairly good distance on the streets and looks stylish as well, with LED DRLs flanked on both sides that gives the bike an excellent sporty look.

It has a semi-digital console on its head that reads almost everything a rider looks for while driving. The console gives the gear positioning, low battery indicator, low oil indicator, and fuel indication.

The console has an infinity display that offers good vision while driving the bike in the daytime, it has an analogue speedometer that could have been replaced with the digital one, but it looks classy.

The bike comes with Single channel ABS in the standard version, while Bajaj has given dual-channel ABS in its upper version.

Bajaj has always been reliable with its engine part, and just like its old version Pulsar 220F, this new one, Pulsar F250, is also equipped with a powerful 249cc engine.

The 249cc single-cylinder air/oil-cooled single-cylinder motor can generate the maximum power of about 24.16 bhp at 8750 rpm and a maximum torque of about 21.5 Nm at 6500 rpm. The engine is mated with a 5-speed gearbox with a slipper clutch.

Bajaj Pulsar F250 suspension is held by a telescopic suspension 100/180-17 front tyre and Monoshock with Nitrox suspensions with the rear tyre.

The bike runs on a 100/80-17F tyre at the front, and a 130/70-17R unit of dimensions has been used for the rear tyre. Talking about its braking system, the Bajaj has used a 300mm disc up front and a 230mm disc at the rear, complimented by the single-channel Anti Braking System (ABS).
