Made in India, Honda CB350 RS was introduced in the Japanese market as Honda GB350 and started selling in the country’s thriving auto market in July 2021.
In July 2021, the company increased the price of both variants of CB350RS by Rs 338.

Introduction of Honda CB350 RS

Honda CB350RS is a scrambler (or cafe racer) bike from the Japanese auto major Honda Motor Corp factory. The aggressive and classic styling and attractive sporty design with a modern twist make it one of the most stylish and sought-after bikes in the Indian market.

The bike gets based on the Honda CB350, one of the company’s best-selling models that were in production from 1968 to 1973. Interestingly enough, the company launched the new generation model of CB350 on September 30, 2020, in India.

The new classic retro motorcycle with a unique design, updated engine, and new alloy wheels became available in select Honda BigWing dealerships. Deliveries for the bike began from October 17, 2020. A month later, the Honda CB350 surpassed 1,000 deliveries.

The company rolled out Honda CB350RS in February 2021 for Rs. 1.96 lakh. Since then, the bike has reported good sales and gets built as a completely-knocked down unit from Honda’s factory.

Being a scrambler bike, the Honda CB350 RS has an exciting mix of retro and modern features. The round LED headlight makes it looks like a classic cruiser. It is, however, the semi-digital instrument cluster that brings home the fact that the bike is a contemporary café racer.

The tall-set handlebar and the retro-styled round rearview mirrors give it a unique style. The LED side indicators fitted just below the headlamp give brilliant blinks.

The 15-litre fuel tank is just as imposing as any fashionable and powerfully built as any best-in-class cruiser bike. The monotone and dual-tone colour on it make it even more attractive.

Further enhancing the retro design is a tuck and roll-style seat that is exceptionally comfortable to carry two passengers. The rear end of the saddle features an under-seat LED taillight that blinks when the rider applies brakes.

The bike gets built on a half-duplex cradle frame. It runs on a pair of 19-inch Y- Y-shaped alloy wheels at the front and a 17-inch Y-shaped alloy wheel at the rear.

The most attractive aspect of the bike is the robust balance that it brings to the table with its classic looks and sophisticated ride quality. If we speak about the design, with a half-duplex cradle frame, the bike is sturdy and comfortable from the word go.
The round LED headlight gives bright light in the dark and makes riding a pleasant experience in the darkest of nights. The tall-set handlebar is replete with all the switches and buttons and on which a pair of retro-styled round rearview mirrors perch is very stylish and functional.
The front brake at the right and the clutch at the left have excellent grips and are smooth to apply.
Speaking of the brakes, the rear foot brake also works like a dream. The semi-digital instrument cluster has a speedometer, tachometer, and fuel gauge. The bike does not have day-running lights.
